Cookies for Kids Cancer

Did you know that kids who are battling cancer only get 4% of the nations funding for cancer research? 

Huntersville Elementary School is starting it's Community Service campaign by trying to change this statistic through hosting two Christmas bake sales for Cookies for Kids Cancer! Cookies for Kids Cancer is a local nonprofit that funds research for new, improved and less toxic treatments for pediatric cancer! Grant Mills, a 3rd grader at HES, lost his 2 year old sister, Easton, to cancer suddenly and has since participated in fundraising for CFCK! Kids helping Kids through Cookies for Kids Cancer is the best way to show our school that we can make a global difference through something as simple as a bake sale! Please join us in baking or volunteering for these fun and inspiring events!! The sign up genius is linked below! We welcome you to sign up for this year's first community service event-- Huntersville Elementary's Cookies for Kids Cancer Bake Sale at the Huntersville Christmas Celebration, December 7th and at Christmas in Davidson, December 5th-7th.   Please consider signing up to bake cookies to support this event or help sell cookies at either event in Davidson or Huntersville, OR Both!   We are excited about the impact Huntersville Elementary School can make supporting this foundation!
